You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using mostly UPS Ground. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations ( few selected items can ship to Canada and Europe) so please submit a message to us @ mailto:custservice@buylitezone.com if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Order processing:
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends and orders placed on saturday and sunday will be processed the following monday.
Shipping and handling:
Most orders will ship within 2 business days via UPS Ground. Unfortunately UPS does not deliver shipments to
PO boxes ( USPS additional shipping cost may apply).
Sales tax:
BuyLiteZone is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to
Minnesota ( We may also collect sales tax on specific products shipping to California).
Payments: We do not accept payments outside of the U.S.A
