New products with Manufacture's warranty
Our products are brand new ( factory sealed) and come with a 1 year manufacture's warranty. We do not sell refurbished products. Any defective products will be exchanged at no charge, please contact us custservice@buylitezone.com immediately if you received a defective product or if if you have any questions or concerns regarding a recent order. We will process any request (s) in a timely manner.
About billing & shipping
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria ( to ship your order to a different address or a P.O address, you must be a registered customer and request a change of address by email at ( custservice@buylitezone.com).
Payment options:
We accept major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, American express, Discover). Your credit information entered at Buylitezone.com is secure and safe. All orders placed on Buylitezone.com are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. Other payment options offered are PayPal or Google Checkout.
We also accept Money orders and Cashier's checks ( Payable to Buy Lite Zone), we will ship your order upon receipt of payment or after your cashier's check clears ( ususally takes 3 to 5 business days).
Phone orders: we do not take orders over the phone.
International orders: we do not take payments outside of the United States.
